Due to an Injury, I have had to take the last 2 days off work as sick days, I had an assessment done again today, and was advised to be off work for recovery for the next 6 weeks. I am attaching the note for your review, if I could please get my ROE submitted to Service Canada for me as well as a copy for me as this is a MVA injury and my lawyers are also needing a copy of this to put on file. I would appreciate it if my personal matters are respected and not shared publicly to anyone on the team as I take the steps I need to, to focus on getting better and returning back to work as early as possible.
