I started to draft this message yesterday and had to hop to another urgent litigation matter. I reviewed the attached WBC transferring ownership form. I spoke with our attorneys about a similar thing from VCH. Our attorney is speaking to VCH to try to clarify that this amalgamation is not a change in control. The answers to the questions on their form will be the same as it is now. I'm in the middle of drafting a letter that answers their questions. However, there won't be proof of insurance in the new name until the amalgamation is complete, which is set for July 1, 2025. I'll send the letter soon. I didn't want to further delay sending this email.
