Rather than just respond with comments on the standard form, we have incorporated the business terms from the offer and those proposed additions and deletions from your email yesterday into a working version of the lease. If additions/deletions were accepted as presented, you will see these incorporated. If additions/deletions were not accepted or were modified, I have added comments in the document. Attached are two documents: 1. Home Care Assistance LSE_Feb 10 22 =E2=80=93 this is the working leas= e document 2. Redline to Tenant Comments =E2=80=93 this will show the changes from = the working lease to the document that you sent yesterday I am more than happy to have a call to discuss any specific items in more detail if need be. I have included below/attached a mark-up of the Landlord's standard form of lease received from Home Care Assistance head office. Most of them are completed deletions of passages they don't want as opposed to suggesting alternative language. Some are insertions of a few words where they feel appropriate. Some are, quite rightly, deletion of stock language that seems to not apply to an office building. Could you please comment and/or add/delete with tracked changes at your earliest convenience we can chat about 'what is left to resolve' with Chuck Terlesky here locally before passing along to his head office team.
