I need everyone to submit all expenses through Friday and then cease using your Am Ex card. If you are using your credit cards for anything that is revolving i will need to know asap as Ethan will be deactivating them next Friday. He is running a list for us to see who has a CC and so anyone on your team will also have the same issue. Same question - if someone has a corporate CC what are they using it for. The expectation moving forward is we should be using a personal card and we have been assured the turn around once submitted to Concur will be 1 week. We can individually discuss on our 1:1 Friday.
