If we move Winnipeg into Calgary, all the Winnipeg clients will duplicate in Salesforce as new clients and new referrals from the same referral sources. It will result in skewing all of your reports. SF is working on a solution to prevent this that is planning for a launch on 7/1. As a temporary solution, could you add the Calgary staff as admin to Winnipeg and have them jump between the URLs? I completely understand this is not ideal however, it may be our only option for right now if SF does not have the bandwidth to manually alter the merge.
