Dear Regional Directors and General Managers, We=E2=80=99re thrilled to announce the launch of a new, engaging series cal= led TheKey Home Care Essentials! Designed to bring our teams closer together around our shared goal of delivering exceptional client care, this series responds directly to one of our most requested needs from the field: =E2=80=9CGive u= s shared learning content to connect on, discuss, and build upon.=E2=80=9D We=E2=80= =99re excited to deliver exactly that and believe it will be a game-changer for TheKey. How the Series Works: This GM-led, discussion-focused series is simple and impactful, with your leadership being key to its success. Here=E2=80=99s wh= at to expect: - Weekly Content Drop: Each Thursday, you=E2=80=99ll receive a new piece o= f content=E2=80=94whether an audio recording, case study, or other materia= l=E2=80=94to share with your teams. This week=E2=80=99s recording, approximately 14 minutes= , will arrive this Thursday, so please ask your teams to listen in before your next pipeline meeting. - Pipeline Discussion Questions: Each content piece will come with 1-2 targeted questions to prompt discussion in your pipeline meetings. These questions are designed to spark meaningful reflection and application. - Engagement Tracking via Google Form: Each week, we=E2=80=99ll provide a = Google Form for your team to complete together. The GM can designate a team mem= ber to fill out the form, though the GM remains responsible for ensuring its completion each week. We ask that you document brief insights on how you= r team engaged with the material=E2=80=94such as new practices your team p= lans to try, a recent success story related to the topic, or examples of how you shared these learnings with a caregiver. Our goal is to see these learni= ngs applied in real, practical ways! Leadership will review these submission= s weekly to recognize contributions and monitor engagement. - Year-End Recognition: At the end of the year, an executive group will review engagement forms and celebrate one outstanding office with a pipeline breakfast and recognition. Additionally, one standout individua= l will receive a $150 Amazon gift card! Engagement is Key: Local engagement is required each week, so please make it a priority to share the Google Form with your team and encourage responses.
