I don't have equal weighting on the four areas and that's really where the discretionary piece comes in. For now as she get's going there really won't be any client retention so if she's out in the market really driving the brand and developing the network then I'll apply a larger weighting to activity. Once commission really starts to kick in I can retract a bit from activity and put the weighting on growth and profitability for example.
