I believe you misunderstood Noreen, she has been paid twice to date by Cheque Emplois but is missing the latest payment. I spoke with the CLSC who also assured me she is on the playlist. The CLSC will look into why she is missing this last payment though.. So to confirm, Noreen is on the playlist for Cheque Emplois and has received payment from them twice already. There is a mistake with this last payment that is being looked into.
