She has her own care team in place, but her husband and she would like to go on a vacation for ~10 days in August, and is looking for us to do "oversight" of the care needs while she is away. The carelead sent us the job description (attached) of her current care team. She was referred to us by a referral partner. Curious if HCA has done something like this before (Mavencare has not to my knowledge)? I'm thinking it could fall under care management, but unclear of the details when the client/caregivers aren't actually ours. Also, what would be the fee for this? Any insight you can provide would be helpful.
