It = is important for us to have the right fit and sometimes if the match is = not there, it makes the issues escalate. Please let me know what you = think. I am happy to help while Timothy is off. I wish you all the best. Sandra Daoust Directrice des op=C3=A9rations >=20 >=20 > Good evening, looks like we have a problem...actually it's two-fold, = even three-fold. Denise, I decided to include you even though you're on = vacation just so that you know what's going on.=20 > My dad called me today to tell me that Rose gets on his nerves. He = repeated it twice. In fact, she called me to tell me that my dad did not = want to go down for dinner nor did he want her to order his dinner to = bring up. I then spoke with him. He said that "she's always there". He = said that she insisted to eat with him. He could not tell me whether he = wanted to eat downstairs or upstairs. I suggested she accompany him = downstairs and then leave. He agreed to that so I asked Rose to do it = like that for today. She had already told me that he was not having a = good day, that he was confused today. For example, even though she was = in the apartment with him, he asked her if she had phoned him. He called = me back 5 minutes later to complain that she asked him for money, that = she needed to buy salad. Said it's the second time she's done that. I = spoke to Rose again. She said she never asks him for money as there is = money in the envelope. She said she told him she would run out of salad = during the week and that she would need to buy some then. I reassured my = dad that she's not after his money but I doubt he believed me. Maybe you = could tell Rose to avoid talking about purchases and money as much as = possible. Finally, Rose told me that she has cell phone problems, that = her phone was "suspended ". Since i told her to leave after bringing my = dad down, she could not return to the apartment to sign off and report. = I would have liked to know how it went down there.
