I just finished a meeting with Tim Thomas in Canada, and the Canadian team has recently moved from Jazz HR to iCIMS. They are seeing an issue now with gaining access to documentation for caregivers in terms of diplomas, resumes, certifications, and things of that nature. There are only a few people with access to iCIMS, but many others need to see this information when speaking with clients. Dawn mentioned that your team just recently began moving all of this documentation from iCIMs into WellSky.
