--000000000000fc632805cdd90ea5 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="UTF-8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Hi Timothy, Here is a little summary of the past week with Georges Cot=C3=A9: *During the morning/day* - Caregiver(s) found it was better to wake him up at 7am instead of 6 (when they arrive) because he is just too tired. - He eats all of his meals well - No problem when giving baths. *Activities* - Caregivers do activities with him to keep him busy. - One of the caregivers did his nails - Did a golfing activity with the residence *Behaviour* - He can get a bit aggressive (verbal, physical) - Physical: extends his arm towards caregiver when he's agitated - Verbal: caregivers found that he was swearing a lot - Has dementia (confused) - Gets annoyed when he needs to go to the bathroom or needs help *Evening* - Usually goes to bed with no problems (tired, dressing). - On Thursday he did not want to go to sleep, and the caregiver needed to PABs to help him (there was a fire drill that day so they stayed outside, it was probably quite stimulating for him) **** One of the caregivers found that sometimes the transfers can be hard because he is on the bigger side (smaller PAB). **** Thank you!
