However to actually charge the client you'd want to also load that charge into Clearcare. I made Sandra an Administrator so she can run reports at will to then filter on what rides have memos referring to client rides and cross reference Clearcare as a double check. @Sandra Daoust , let me know if you have any questions, or if you can only run reports that show Montreal. I may have to give you access to all locations to run the report for all locations, I'm not sure but if that's needed it shouldn't be an issue to do that.
