They never wanted replacements even when we offered to pay for the training. We also didn't falsely tell them 4 hours were the minimum 4 hours IS THE MINIMUM. Also, our staff were not leaving the organization, they are still with us. They just resigned from the case because they kept changing their schedule. I am so tempted to contact him.
