All new downloads of the app from the app stores will be the new version, Caregiver Connect 2.0. Existing users who have auto-updates enabled on their phones have received the updated version over the last few weeks while the Product team managed a phased rollout. We will now focus on the remaining business-wide rollout of the app to achieve the goal of full adoption and daily use. This week, we will be rolling out the app to the remainder of existing app users (those who were using Caregiver Connect 1.0): - Tuesday, 7/19: Texting Caregivers via ClearCare to encourage those without app auto-updates to visit the app stores and download the new version, with follow-up messages on Thursday, 7/21 and Tuesday, 7/26 - Throughout the week and next week: Holding app review/Q&A sessions with office staff so anyone who wishes can familiarize themselves with Caregiver Connect 2.0 and ask questions Next week, we will begin onboarding new US locations who have not yet used the app. I will email those teams directly. Please note that locations who have tech-specific needs (i.e. Nebraska, Canada) will be onboarded at an appropriate time once the Product team has completed those features.
