I was thinking since people are still confined to home we focus on: * The power of movement (we can dive into some of the exercise options = for seniors who can't leave home, and may be very limited, the benefits of = exercise on boosting your mood, the ability to even connect to exercise cla= sses with other seniors online if that's feasible, etc.) * Self-care for caregivers (practical things you can do in 15 minutes t= o try and keep calm and carry on and take care of yourself - when you're al= ready taking care of anyone else.)
