Because we do semi-monthly pay periods, and Cindy gets $650 per month, I put $325 of car allowance on each cheque. Her first cheque was prorated as she didn't start on the first of the month so in total for June she got $460.42. ($325 on the end of the month cheque and $135.42 on the 15th). In July she got $650 on the 31st because I forgot to put half of it on the mid-month cheque. In August she got $325 on each cheque (the last of which will be next week). I don't believe there is any issue here with the payments for car allowance and it will continue to be $325 twice per month unless you want me to do it differently. Let me know if you have any more questions around this!
