To support those details here are a few high level bullets to help simplify the conversations with your leadership. - On average we receive 10 web leads a day. If we convert at 50% the volume is low so the offices should not expect to hear from the web lead team often (maybe 1-2 times a month). - Web Leads will remain with the Centralized Web Lead Team and they will continue to follow up on them until closed/won or they determine the lea= d is dead. - For regulated states, The Centralized Web Lead Team will complete and close the deal and the office will follow up with completing the nursing assessment. - Standardized policies will be utilized companywide and are attached to the detailed communication - Here is the link to the detailed communication going out this afternoon.
