In this one, there is 1.25 = hours included for Louise=E2=80=99s involvement (Only charging $40 per = hour vs $95.00 rate) which we had not anticipated in the original = discussions. As I shared with you, Cheryl did well handling the French = but she wants Louise to participate for the next two to ensure her = comfort level.=20 =20 The original estimate was for 8-hours and we came under the plan with = the first one. Hopefully the Society with throw us some English = participants and it will help average out the price per. We had = originally estimated 30-minutes for the interview part. The last two = have been a minimum 1-hour. FYI, to complete the 3rd interview, to = accommodate the person=E2=80=99s schedule Louise had to conduct the = interview last Thursday evening from 8:15PM to 9:30PM. :). =20 This is our net cost as we are not taking any mark-up on = Cheryl=E2=80=99s fee + I do not add my time involved for coordination = and client/participate communications. This is covered under our monthly = fee. =20 We wish we had a way to lower the time required.
