Included in rent - heating, air conditioning maintenance (previously not in lease agreement), snow removal, garbage removal, not included business tax and water. So the biggest change is he is charging for parking spaces now and charging 100 dollars a space. Also he would like to know when we are putting new signage on the outside as he wants to do some work on the outside of the building so would like to coordinate with us. Rent would stay the same with a 4 percent increase yearly.
