I have disabled the connection, and I would ask you to go in and activate it again. If that doesn't work, the slow and simple solution would be to contact tech support. But if you want this resolved today, the faster solution would be to use webhooks to bypass the direct integration. This has a few more steps, but it could be done today. However, let's hope that this can be resolved simply by reauthenticating. Could you please login to CallRail and reauthentic the Slack Integration with for HCA Montreal French?
