The bottom line is that we need a new cheque issued and the old one needs to be cancelled. I did want to add that it would be helpful to everyone if the blame stopped about who did or did not lose the cheque. This is a very rare situation and mistakes can happen. We will get it sorted out as soon as possible. Can someone please send me the invoice(s) this amount pertains to so I have it in front of me for the call.
