As some of my staff is TO based I asked them to have time slots where they jump on a zoom to meet the caregivers. With that, I also told them to order lunch for themselves to feel a part of the event. My question: Is there a system in place for reimbursements? I can order for the ones in the office since it's going to one location, but there are a couple that are WFH today, so I just want to get insight before I tell them to move forward with this. And, I would like to avoid having my card number roaming around.
