We are excited to kick-off the month of January with the below marketing updates. As always, feel free to reach out to Kathryn Zakskorn with any questions. *Changing the Way the World Ages One Client at a Time* As we shared in the Franchise Team December updates, we are very excited about our newest marketing piece, *Changing the Way the World Ages One Client at a Time*. This marketing piece is available in an electronic forma= t and has been added to XYZ and will be available for purchase by the middle of next week. We have two different versions: one book will be a *hard cover* (similar to our past Culture Books) and can be used as a nice Coffee Table book for your office for walk-ins (prospects, clients, caregivers, etc.) to peruse. The hard cover book will be $50.00. We also printed a *soft cover* version that is a high-end piece and can be shared with prospects and referral sources to highlight the impact our care has on our client=E2=80=99s overal= l quality of life. The price of this piece will range from $3.50 (qty of 10) to $1.75 (qty of 500). *Online Reviews Contest* We are excited to share that we have a winner for our Online Reviews Contest. Please join us in congratulating *our winner, the Placer County, CA office, owned by the Waddell family*! Read the fantastic reviews they received on Yelp , Facebook and Google+ . I would like to share what Dave Waddell shared with me regarding the contest and the importance of social media from a lead generation standpoint: *"We so appreciate the contest because it motivated us to go out and get the reviews and now we have some incredible reviews on 3 major social media platforms. * *I had an inquiry the other day that called our company based on the fact that in checking us out on the internet and social media she saw that her family orthodontist had "Liked" our Facebook page. That wasn't even a review! That like pushed her over the edge to call our company!"* This last part serves as a reminder of why a strong social media and online presence is so important. According to Home Care Pulse's 2016 Benchmarking Study , 88% of people use the internet for research purposes before making a financial decision. Online reviews are a critical component to business growth and potential clients are utilizing online reviews and social media to help make their purchasing decisions, as illustrated by Dave's example above.
