This holiday weekend we had mostly everyone in overtime and had a difficult time staffing call-offs. We started two 24/7 clients in less than 48 hours which used most of the available caregiver pool that we had. Katie (HCL) was contacted for three last minute starts of care. We were able to staff one 24/7 case. There were two other cases that were ranging between 5 days- 1 week of care that we were not able to staff. We will be following up today to see if we can still offer support. Marsha Kreisman and Florence (Jade) Jackson are the two that we could not staff from Brookdale Creve Coeur. We desperately need daytime caregivers, but could use both daytime and nighttime.
