I have attached two resources for your review: The first is a master copy of the session, with all facilitators, their line-up, and subjects (it's still in draft form). The second is a Discussion Starters Guide for your table. It's the basics so please feel free to add to it! I will look for additions by close of business next Tuesday, August 23rd. Your session is scheduled for Thursday, September 8th. The Round Tables begin at 2:45, right after the afternoon break. Note the timing of five 20 minute rounds. If you were present last year, it will work the same way. There will be a two minute warning for wrap-up to next round and two minutes for participants and facilitators to get to the next table. So, in essence, you will only be facilitating for 18 minutes. *Example: A fictitious 1:20 - 1:40 Session breaks down like this:* 1:20 - 1:36 straight through to the two minute warning bell at 1:36. You will then have that 2 minutes to complete thoughts and discussions and complete the session at 1:38. All attendees will then have two minutes to move to another table (or they can stay put if they like for another go). We have a bell for all these notifications. As you can see by the facilitators guide, we have five sessions scheduled within the two hour time block. *Your job as the facilitator will be to:* Keep the conversation going on the topic at hand Make sure everyone is heard so no one is talking over someone else or having more than one conversation at a time Make sure to close a subject before moving on to another topic within your category (NOTE: We will be mentioning ground rules prior to the start) I am scheduling a quick 20 minute meeting to answer any questions next week. If you can't make the meeting below for your particular group in RED, you are welcome to attend one of the other four. I have included those call in numbers and times should you like to attend. If you feel you "got it" and don't need a meeting - that's great, we'll see you in Devner. If you want to talk to me, just give me a call - 803-782-4444. *Value Selling Round Table Prep* Wed, Aug 24, 2016 1:00 PM - 1:30 PM Eastern Daylight Time Canada : +1 (647) 497-9372 United States : +1 (669) 224-3319 Access Code: 583-762-517 *Referral Marketing Round Table Prep* *Wed, Aug 24, 2016 2:00 PM - 2:30 PM Eastern Daylight Time* *Canada : +1 (647) 497-9372* *United States : +1 (312) 757-3119* *Access Code: 970-293-157* *Commanding Intake Calls Round Table Prep* Wed, Aug 24, 2016 4:00 PM - 4:30 PM Eastern Daylight Time Canada : +1 (647) 497-9372 United States : +1 (571) 317-3116 Access Code: 775-470-981 *Differentiating with your Assessment Round Table Prep* Thu, Aug 25, 2016 1:0
