If you review the summary provided, you'll notice each client (column D) has a Primary Tag & Multi-Select Tag. The purpose of these and definitions for each are below. If your team can "Comment" on teach client if tagged in correctly, I can update those and once complete, we can import those tags to NetSuite. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/18a_2kEhZ_dO_7rq1WtcCtbPg8jw7_4xV/edi t?usp=sharing &ouid=114633849602778058975&rtpof=true&sd=true Purpose of Primary Tag The primary tag is used by OTC to identify the clients Gross Invoicing Volume & AR balance by their type of customer/segment. The clients primary tag also drives the approach for that specific client's bad debt allowance; For Example, we reserve Private Pay balances at 90 days past due but VA we do not reserve until 180 days past due, knowing historical timing w/payments. We would follow this same logic for Government tags in Canada. With the exception of AOB clients in the US, both the Primary and Secondary tags are added during the new client audit process based on how the client is tagged by the field in ClearCare. Purpose of Secondary Tag When different from the Primary Tag, the secondary/multi-select tag provides insight to special handling processes, exceptions, and the multitude of process adaptations we adhere to from an invoice delivery and/or collections perspective. For example, there are several Multi-Select options that begin with AOB; highlighting clients who require manual care notes, who manage their own submissions, who run through a referral source. With the exception of AOB clients in the US, both the Primary and Secondary tags are added during the new client audit process based on how the client is tagged by the field in ClearCare. Primary Mutli-Select Rationale Private Pay Facility Client is paying for their bill but resides in a facility. The facility is not paying the invoice and has no financial obligation to TheKey. Private Pay Government Client is paying for their bill and has a portion of their care paid for by a Government entity. Private Pay Private Pay Client is paying for their bill and resides in their personal residence. Facility Facility TheKey is caring for patients in the facility and the facility pays the invoice. The patient has no financial obligation to TheKey. Facility Government TheKey is caring for patients in the facility and the facility pays the invoice, part of this payment is supported by Government funding and/or is a government owned facility/government land. The patient has no financial obligation to TheKey. Elizabeth Clark Director ------=_NextPart_000_0CA5_01DAAA7D.E7F1FA40 Content-Type: text/html; charset="us-ascii" Content-Transfer-Encodi
