I have decided that I need a change of employment, after months of consideration and prayer. I am utterly exhausted in all aspects, with the amount of changes within the expectations of my role, the alignment in the company and the leadership changes that have caused continual, radical process changes, none of which I can continue to support. I have also empowered her in my absences to take the lead on things and this has been accepted well by her and the team. Doing this will make the team the most comfortable through this concerning transition for them, because she knows their strengths and weaknesses and what the process priorities are that they will need support with and on. It would also be a very marketable story about ou
