We recommend using the form function within Unbounce, however Unbounce forms (as well as Call rail) do not have the functionality for users to attach a file. Do you specifically want there to be an "Upload Resume" option? Or would you be happy with a box for individuals to paste their plain text resume? Should you wish to have the option to upload a file, we will explore other options. Please let me know either way!
