As part of this, I'm syncing with all teams to go through the decisions/actions that need to be taken as part of this transition and the timeline/costs associated with them. For IT, there are three main areas we want to connect on. *Callrail* Are we keeping all the phone numbers for the current offices? Note all but the Montreal #s are in Callrail. Will need Keith/Gabe to set up Montreal, but Montreal is on the vendor's Callrail account - need to transition *8x8* Do any of the CA offices have 8x8? Do we need it for launch? *Email* Does anything need to be prepped for their email transition? Are there any other areas you can think of?
