As part of our transition to the WellSky app, we will be shutting off Caregiver Connect starting on Tuesday, 9/3/2024. Caregivers will no longer be able to log in, clock in, or access Caregiver Connect once we turn it off. If they attempt to use Caregiver Connect, they will see the below message: As I look at our daily reports, it appears that we have a significant percentage of Caregivers still using Caregiver Connect instead of the WellSky App. I wanted to take this opportunity to urge you to hold your teams accountable for communicating with Caregivers to ensure that we are continuously improving the adoption of WellSky, especially as we inch closer to turning off Caregiver Connect. Each office is receiving a daily report that lists the names of Caregivers and their most recent carelog date and which app they are logging in to. Please let me know if you have any questions.
