Hi Timothy, Do you know what specific groups are full? Unfortunately, 8x8 does not allow us the level of access to the back-end database that might show us these stats. Otherwise, the basic process of manually accessing/maintaining a ring group voicemail is: - Dial 500 from your 8x8 mobile or PC app - When prompted, enter the extension number of the ring group and press # - Enter the passcode of the ring group and press # - At this point there will be audible options that will guide you through maintenance options available If you can identify the specific ring group(s) affected, I can get you the appropriate extension number for the group and reset the passcode so your folks can gain access. caller 780-919-4103 left a voicemail and was looking for care. Did someone call him back?
caller 514-244-7667 - Is the weekend answering service not allowed to transfer callers to the team? We can a call for someone who needed overnight care immediately and we lost the business because no one could talk to him that day. If so, I think we should consider running just a M-F schedule.
Caller 514-695-4961 is looking for 20 hours a week but got the on call. Did they get sent to the team?
someone put a green thumb next to caregiver calls so that should get removed.
