In an effort to make them consistent, we added applicable language from the other, longer CCAs. We also added a few sections from the U.S. CCA that were thought to be beneficial. See below: *CCA Sections there were revised or added to those CCAs without that section:* Standard Rate (some CCAs had this some didn't. Tim asked to insert it into all CCAs) Complex Rate (some CCAs had this some didn't. Tim asked to insert it into all CCAs) Mileage Reimbursement (some CCAs covered this and some didn't. Made it consistent) Additional Service Charges (several CCAs had a similar section, "Schedules and Recordkeeping," re: scheduling could result in additional charges. Made them all the same.) Invoicing and Payment (some CCAs had this and some didn't. Made them consistent. This is not a section in the U.S. CCA) Caregiver Risk of Physical Harm (replaced "Security of Caregiver" section) Valuables (this section was in the CCAs but not as clear and succinct. I left the detailed verbiage in some CCAs instead of replacing it with the shorter one. I wasn't sure if it was a requirement for that province) Electronic signature (most CCAs had this, we just updated it.) Certification of Authority ( most CCAs had this and some didn't. Added to all CCAs for consistency) Termination (this was in most CCAs. Update it) *Totally New Sections to the Canadian CCA:* Billing Rate Changes Supplies Client Information and Updates Surveillance Cameras Equal Opportunity Employer Entire Agreement; Amendments; Notice Here are some links to the archived CCA's that are redlined. They're not final versions, but give you a good idea of the changes and the length of the document.
