Some of these may be people who want to receive them by mail, and some of them it is just because their information is entered incorrectly into ClearCare by the care manager. Some don't even have addresses on the print out. Honestly, this is another issue that needs to be addressed. I had an internet issue when I was sending them and a batch of them didn't all go out. I am going to send out another email with some additional invoices tonight. I also should mention that a few months ago ClearCare changed their system and when an email goes out initially to a new family contact, it asks them to confirm that the system can send them emails. If they do not confirm, they don't get any more emails and their address in ClearCare appears with a little exclamation next to it. Unfortunately often these emails end up in their spam folder and they never confirm and then never receive invoices. This is something that should probably be discussed by care managers in the initial consult. Let me know if you want changes to how the invoices to be mailed are distrubuted.
