I had received my last pay over the pay cycle February 23rd 2024 when the bonuses were supposed to go out but I didn't receive mine. The agreement states that bonuses would not be paid only when the plan participant terminates employment with the company, however I am still with the company and should not be considered "terminated". The agreement also notes that on February 2nd 2024, I would have been notified about the bonus payment I would be receiving for January and February 2024. I was never notifed on the amounts and neither was I informed then that I would not be eligible for the payouts for February 2024 for not completing the month or that the January 2024 payout would be received only once I return back to work. I do not recall signing these in the agreement and neither was I informed about the same by payroll. If I am mistaken, appreciate if you could point these out in the bonus agreement. I understand the bonuses for January and February 2024 would be the average of the bonuses received in October, November and December 2023. My bonuses for October 2023, November 2023 and December 2023 were $1760, $1535 and $1280 respectively. This is not a small amount for me and should I not have been qualified to receive the amounts for January 2024 and February 2024, I should have been notifed in advance of the same. I would appreciate if you could look into this, so that I am fairly paid what I am owed for the sales I worked to close the last two months and have this paid out by the next pay cycle.
