We are hoping to have the calculation to the Officer by middle of this month and payout confirmed by 1st week of June. There is a hold back on our purchase payout and the reconcilliation will allow HCA Canada Inc. to deduct the amount. This is an open case with HCA Canada Inc.=E2=80=99s Canadian legal counsel who is in t= ouch with our lawyers.
