Here's what I come up with: For 2023 there are projected to be 7 total in-office employees, of which 3 support NY and 4 support Toronto. Accordingly, the rent allocation starting 1/1/23 should be 43% (3/7) to NY and 57% (4/7) to Toronto. Kim/Tim, please reply with your consent or please advise if otherwise.
