As a reminder, the eligible population is employees hired before 12/31/23 who have not received an increase since 7/1/23 and are in good standing with the company. *Please return your completed spreadsheet to me by the end of business on Friday, June 14. Let me know if you need additional time for completion.* Below are some notes and tips which may be helpful as you navigate the spreadsheet. =C2=B7 Every employee has been loaded with a default rating of =E2= =80=9CMeets Expectations=E2=80=9D (refer to Column =E2=80=9CR=E2=80=9D). =C2=B7 If you wish to change the rating for an employee, please cli= ck on the drop-down arrow under column R and select either =E2=80=9CExceeds Expec= tations=E2=80=9D or =E2=80=9CDoes Not Meet Expectations=E2=80=9D. (see screenshot below) [image: image.png] o If you do change an employee=E2=80=99s rating, please add an explanator= y comment under column X (=E2=80=9CNotes/Comments=E2=80=9D) =C2=B7 The spreadsheet will automatically change the recommended increase % based on the new rating. o Exceeds Expectations =3D 4% o Meet Expectations =3D 3% o Does Not Meet Expectations =3D 0% =C2=B7 If there is an employee on your list who leaves the company, please change their rating to =E2=80=9CTerminated=E2=80=9D and it will zero= -out their increase. =C2=B7 The spreadsheet has been locked to prevent accidental data changes however, you are still able to filter and sort.
