I believe what happened there is that when you first visited the English site, it was through the French site. CallRail's analytics don't know the two sites are connected, so it treats it as if it were any other referral traffic. CallRail doesn't "forget" how you originally arrived, so your initial source for that device/browser will also be referral from the french site. Unfortunately, the actual original source is lost in these scenarios. In Google Analytics, this is handled by referral exclusions and crossdomain tracking, but Callrail has no equivalent. For cases like this in the past I've rigged up a bit of javascript that passed any UTM parameters from one site to the next. This only works if someone goes directly to the English site (or vice versa) from their original landing page, which does seem likely in most cases. If you are okay with this, then the next step is for us to get you the French version of the form, then you for you implement both forms sitewide.
