They have come back at $19.00 pe= r sf gross, which pretty much includes everything (utilities and janitorial= ). It's about $2455 monthly out-the-door. Not a bad price for the overall= area. They are offering new carpet and paint throughout. They are not off= ering TI money to move the reception area wall. One renewal option at then= market rate. Let me know how important it is to expand the side conference room into the= lobby/reception area. We can go back asking for a month of free rent or a= sking the LL to build/move the wall. Thoughts?
