Once the Data team closes it, I can't change it. I was told the Field had 2-3 days to review the Jan results; and if there were questions, they were told to reach out to me before I closed it on Feb 5. I can move the credit of 1 forward to February - I know it doesn't help for January, but it's the only thing I can control at the moment.
