Since we need to maintain a consistent mapping of Job Profile to Incentive Plan, we really need to keep her on the CGM/CSM/CGR Incentive Plan. Also, I believe the Data & Analytics incentive calculation report we use pulls data just for employees with the RIM Job Profile. Please let us know when there is clearance to change her Job Profile, and then we will change the Incentive Plan. Thanks!
