The training presentation that was shared with recruiters last week is linked here . If you watch the presentation as a slideshow, you will see a demo of the application process on slide 3. Indeed Apply was turned off / the redirect for the Humanly chatbot application was turned on at 11:00am CST however it will take a bit of time for jobs to update today. We do expect to see a decrease in overall application volume as a result of turning off Indeed Apply and requiring all applicants to answer basic screening questions, however this should get us closer to only receiving applications from truly interested individuals. The next phase of this project will be to turn on candidate ranking so that the applicants who answer the most questions correctly are prioritized for recruiters to contact.
