Existing Caregivers will begin receiving an in app notification prompting them to download the WellSky Caregiver app by 8/30 *Thursday, 8/1:* Office teams will begin receiving daily reports listing Caregivers who are still using the Caregiver Connect app as of 8/1. *What Does Support Look Like?* 1. WellSky Caregiver App Support: - Coverage from 5am to 5:30pm PT - Phone and text support for Caregivers (925-359-9083) - Phone and email support for office staff (925-359-9083)/ app-support@thekey.com 2. Office Hours: Office hours - Wednesday from 12 pm to 1 pm PT 3.
