Due to the way you would have to make payments and the difficulty we have reimbursing Canadians in a timely fashion there is some underlying set up that needs to be resolved before we implement the policy for Canada. Adding Tim on the thread as well as I'm happy to send a communication but need to understand who all is impacted. @Ashley Mirone or @Timothy Thomas , do either of you have a known list of who has a card in Canada? As we often don't have Canadian addresses associated with the Amex cards I don't know I have the appropriate population. I'd like to avoid a broad communication as I think that will be confusing.
