There's a half dozen offices in the same boat as we wait for 8x8 to submit ports and get responses, I've asked 8x8 to expedite this request but they are in a 2 week backlog at the moment as their porting team is very short staffed. I did just get confirmation that your request was sent to Shaw earlier today, we're now waiting on them to review the request and get back to us. This portion can take up to 3 business days.
