But from what I see in the data, recruiter Rochelle Hoisington is assigned to caregiver applicant Antonia Otaigbe in Toronto from January of this year. The dashboard sees that Rochelle is a recruiter, and that she has activity in Canada, so assumes that Rochelle should show up there. We are changing the logic to only attach the recruiter to the region they have the most activity in. but the root cause issue is that team members aren't assigned to regions in Workday currently, so there isn't a 1:1 relationship.
