In speaking with Kathryn, it was clarified that we cannot proceed with a termination immediately upon her return. Kathryn advised that she remain with us for 60 to 90 days prior to any potential termination. Gagandeep was originally hired as a part-time employee, and on average, she submitted around 22 hours per week. Currently, Shyanne manages the on-call for Winnipeg, Calgary, and Vancouver, with her focus on Vancouver on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. To accommodate Gagandeep's return during this transition period, we=E2=80= =99ll need to identify where her support would be most effective. One option could be for her to cover Calgary and Winnipeg on Monday through Wednesday, allowing Shyanne to focus fully on Vancouver. Another consideration is the compensation structure. Shyanne is currently paid a flat rate, while Gagandeep has been paid hourly. Kathryn (cc=E2=80= =99d here), can you confirm if there is an option to offer Gagandeep a flat rate as well? Looking forward to your feedback on how we should proceed, and Kathryn, if you could offer any suggestions.
