We are ending 2016 with one of the strongest years in HCAF history, an estimated 36% YOY growth. In addition, we had over 70% of our sites hit their target goal, and as of November, six sites are on track to hit stretch goals, with an additional five sites within striking distance of reaching this goal. We experienced great growth in 2016, adding 21 new territories and closed or transferred 11 sites. Our Australian office added five new territories, for a total of 9 franchises. We will see expansive growth in both the U.S. and Australian markets in 2017. The HCAF support team will start off the year with our Annual Retreat, as we map out our work plan and goals for 2017. Barbara will be hosting a company-wide webinar on *January 26th at 11am PST* to share the team=E2=80= =99s goals and strategies with the network. The HCAF support team will be hosting our first two-day Business Development Training in Dallas, Texas on January 24th and 25th. We currently have over 30 participants and plan to host similar meetings mid-year. We also will be hosting a 2-day Care Management Course at the Dallas Westin Hotel on June 14th and 15th. Jennifer Williams, Director of Business Development, will be leading the course. Jennifer has a Masters in Gerontology and worked as a Geriatric Care Manager for over 10 years. Our 2017 Regional Meeting will take place at the Westin O=E2=80=99Hare in C= hicago on Friday, April 7th. All franchisees (open to owners and general managers) will be meeting at the same hotel this year. We will host a cash bar and set-up dining options on Thursday evening. Friday will be two all-day seminars. The first seminar will focus on franchisees in Stages 4 and 5 and is titled*: Leadership and Expansion: Moving Beyond the Norm*. The second seminar is for franchisees in Stages 1, 2 and 3 and is titled: *Building a Successful Business and Financial Plan*.
