While I don't make changes within Salesforce, I would like to gain a thorough understanding of TheKey protocols on this platform, especially from the perspective of a Client Success Manager. I have attempted to look through Workplace but did not find anything specific to Salesforce or a how-to guide. Is there somewhere else I should be looking, or another way I should be searching? - Quality Survey on new starts (on-going) - Goal: identifying patterns and looking at solutions and tools to make process easier - IE. multiple places to look for and communicate client needs, wishes, likes ect. 1. Head up email (sometimes two) 2. Salesforce - lots of chatter notes 3.
